Main responsibilities:

  • Provide support and troubleshooting services to end users who need assistance re computer hardware and/or software applications, mobile devices, network, etc.  
  • Log all service requests into the company service call tracking system 


  • Eager to learn new technologies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of operation and use of personal computers, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, the Internet browsers, e-mail systems, etc.
